    Delivery Process

    • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has dispatched.
    • Order Fulfilled & dispatched (UPS, DHL, FEDEX)
    • Shipping and Tracking number emailed to you
    • Returns are easy to our USA Warehouse
    • Let us know within 14 days to request your return. You then have a further 14 days to send the return back to us.

    How long will it take to arrive?

    Within the USA, Delivery times vary between 4 and 10 days - depending on which option you choose and in which state you live. Express Delivery is normally 2-3 days. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday. All orders are fully trackable via a tracking link. 

    How will I know it has been sent?

    We'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation.  You can also track your order via web tracking.  

    What if I don't like my order?

    No problem, we'll happily send you a Free replacement for a better size or style. You can easily return an item back to our USA warehouse using our Returns Page here.

    Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it. Returned items must be in a sellable condition (see below).

    Items eligible for refunds or exchanges

    All returns items need to be in a sellable condition. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately. If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged" or does not have original product packaging included, we will not be able to offer a refund or store credit. Items would be classified as 'Customer Damaged' if they have been used, contain traces of chemicals or substances or traces of pet hair.  If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of.

    Unwanted items

    Please send your item back to our USA warehouse. We always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or mis-placed. If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.  

    When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

    You should expect to receive your refund within 5 calendar days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved.  From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.
