Affiliate Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-oriented and commercially minded Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow Saint and Sofia’s affiliate marketing programme across key networks, publishers and strategic partners. This role will be responsible for managing affiliate relationships, analysing channel performance, executing campaigns and identifying new partnership opportunities to drive revenue and customer growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and relationship management skills, experience within ecommerce or digital marketing, and a passion for performance-driven brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Saint and Sofia’s affiliate marketing programme across key networks and publisher partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, content creators and strategic media platforms
- Identify new affiliate opportunities to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness
- Monitor daily channel performance including traffic, conversion rates, ROI and revenue contribution
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions and seasonal trading activity
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and exclusive partnership opportunities with publishers
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and Creative teams to optimise campaign performance
- Analyse affiliate data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure all affiliate content, creative assets and tracking links are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging affiliate technologies to support channel growth

We are looking for a commercially driven and highly connected Performance PR Manager to lead strategic partnerships and brand visibility initiatives across digital media, publishers and performance-focused PR channels. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with media partners, driving high-impact coverage, managing campaign performance and identifying new opportunities to grow traffic, awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, experience within fashion, ecommerce or media, and a passion for building innovative brand partnerships.
