Sophie manages the Partnerships and Affiliates Team at Saint and Sofia which she joined in 2019. She’s an award winning digital marketer with a focus on earned and paid media with a wealth of contacts with web based publishers, influencers and editorial publications.

After graduating from Cardiff University in 2016 with Hons in Geography BSc (Human), Sophie spent 3 years helping to build a multimillion pound Affiliate & Partnerships channel at the e-commerce athleisure giant, Gymshark. During her time there, the company grew from £50ml to £200ml revenue and 50 to 400 employees and was ranked 1st on the Sunday Times Fast Track List in 2016.

In her role she developed the strategy for Affiliates and conversion based Partnerships in Gymshark’s core territories, where the team used a unique approach to deliver incremental and high margin sales whilst maintaining a desirable brand perception. The team won Best Advertiser Newcomer at the AWIN ThinkTank awards in Chicago in 2017 for their work on the North American program. Sophie also often speaks at industry events and panels including the Youth Marketing Strategy event in New York.

Sophie is extremely passionate about generating brand advocates through affiliates and partnerships that drive long term incremental profitability. Her experience in fast-paced and challenging environments means she is resourceful and innovative. She manages and develops internal and external relationships with high level stakeholders across multiple disciplines and territories. As a natural communicator and team player, Sophie creates great rapport with her direct team in order to create a positive environment for their development.

Sophie joined Saint and Sofia in 2019 to head up our Partnerships Department. At Saint and Sofia this team is an integral part of marketing and strategy by generating revenue through creative campaigns to showcase our designs to customers. The team creates long term mutually beneficial partnerships with Brands, Affiliates, Editorial publishers, Charities, Music Artists and Influencers.

Sophie is currently studying for her Chartered Institute of Digital Marketing Level 6 qualification in Professional Digital Marketing at the Oxford College of Marketing. Including modules such as Marketing and Digital Strategy, Digital Optimisation and the Digital Customer Experience. This will help Sophie to continue building out the Digital Marketing team by adding other relevant channels to ensure the products and brand ethos get the visibility they deserve.
